When do I get charged the transaction fee?
Only when a customer pays an invoice online. Cash or check payments have no fee. The $1.00 fee applies on both Free and AI Pro.
What is a token?
Tokens are how AI measures text. Each word is roughly 1–2 tokens. A typical back-and-forth message uses 200–2,000 tokens. Your 500K monthly allowance supports hundreds of conversations.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
You can buy extra packs ($5, $10, or $25) right from your dashboard — they're added instantly. If you run out during the trial, billing starts immediately.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Your token balance resets to 500K at the start of each billing cycle. Buy extras only when you need them.
What can the AI do?
Anything you can do in the dashboard — create jobs, send invoices, look up customers, analyze revenue, manage schedules, and more. Just type in plain English.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from Settings at any time and you'll stay on AI Pro until the end of your billing period.
Is a credit card required for the trial?
Yes. We require a card upfront so you never get cut off mid-month. You won't be charged until your 30 days are up.
